Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products on the IQBooster mobile app and website https://iqbooster.com/ (“Product”) by HubX Yazılım Hizmetleri A.S. (“HubX” or “Company”). Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
I. Subscription.
Unlimited features and ad-free experience are available with a paid subscription.. Available features, pricing, and subscription options are listed on the paywall. Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period. For cancellation details, please see Section IV.
II. Payment Methods.
Subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
III. Cancellation.
Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
IV. Refunds.
All purchases made through our App involve digital content and are considered non-refundable and non-exchangable, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in this policy. When you complete a purchase, the digital service is made available immediately, and you acknowledge that the service is considered fully performed once delivered.
EU Consumer Notice: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason or incurring any cost. However, this right no longer applies once the digital content has been delivered with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE.
Accordingly, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless the digital content has a persistent technical defect (as outlined below) or as otherwise required under mandatory law.
If you experience persistent technical difficulties that are solely attributable to our platform and not to user-side factors (such as device compatibility, connectivity or outdated software), and where required by consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a discretionary refund. In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue..
For purchases made through digital distribution platforms such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the refund policies of the respective platforms apply. You are encouraged to contact the relevant store directly for any refund requests related to those purchases.
V. Chargebacks & Disputes.
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.
VI. Updates to Policy.
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time to reflect changes such as new features or subscription plans. Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms. We recommend that users take a screenshot of the refund policy at the time of purchase for their records.
